This morning I am presenting an album by an area band called House Cat and their CD called Year of the Cat. This three-piece band is comprised of John Fehr on guitar and vocals, Craig Perry on bass and vocals and Kirk Bagnall on drums.
This seven-track album features some great guitar work and vocal talent on such tracks as “Everyday,” “Mission, Devil,” and much more. I enjoyed the performance on this album as well as the songwriting. The recording of this album was a bit different from other recordings I have heard in the past. It sounded like it was recording somewhere other than a regular recording studio, but the quality of this recording was still well done.
