Adam Strelow: Minnesota Summers, New Music & Cheap Ass Shirts

I had the privilege of talking to one of my favorite emerging artists a couple weeks ago – Adam Strelow.

I first found Adam’s music, while recruiting independent artists for another radio station a few years ago. His album Gone To Stay, was released in 2015, and several tracks off that record turned out to be listener favorites, and were requested often – including “Cocaine”, “Your Pretty Ways”, and the title track, “Gone To Stay”.

The Minnesota native has been hanging out with loved ones this summer, screen printing shirts out of his garage, and writing new music for an upcoming album.

Strelow says he has written several songs, and is hoping to record and release the new album later this year.

In his spare time, he works at his screen printing business he’s owned and operated since 2005 – Cheap Ass Shirts. If you’re an artist looking for quality t-shirts, at an affordable price to sell at your shows, please contact Adam today.

Stay tuned to #VWRadio, to hear tracks from Adam’s debut album, and get updates on his new record coming soon – you’ll hear it here first!
