In Rock We Trust is the sixth studio album by American hard rock/heavy metal band Y&T, released July 1984 through the A&M Records’ label. The lineup for this album is Dave Meniketti on lead guitar and lead vocals, Joey Alves on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Phil Kennemore on bass and backing vocals and Leonard Haze on drums.
I enjoyed this ten-track album from start to finish with amazing vocals and heavy guitar work on such track as Rock & Roll’s Gonna Save The World, Masters And Slaves, Lipstick And Leather, Don’t Stop Running and much more.
I was very impressed with the performance on this album as well and the songwriting and recording. I am planning to go and see this band live this weekend in Asheville, North Carolina which will be the first time I have had the opportunity to see them live.
